The Housing Authority currently owns one spacious single-family home located in West Salem.  This 2400 square foot, 5-bedroom home features 2 bathrooms, carpeting, mini blinds, washer/dryer connections and a large partially fenced yard.  This unit is advertised when it becomes available.  Interested families must apply and be prepared to be processed through the Housing Authority’s reference and suitability screening process, just as they would be through any other private landlord.  The income limit for these units is set at 80% of median income, which can be found at our “Working with Us”, then Policies, and Section 8 or Public Housing Program Information tabs.
