Pioneer Village Social Hall Renovation

The West Valley Housing Authority (WVHA) will receive proposals for our Pioneer Village Social Hall Renovation Project until 3:00 p.m. on the 8^th of May, 2024 at 204 SW Walnut, Dallas, Oregon 97338.

The basic work includes:  This solicit qualified proposals from contractors with the necessary equipment, expertise, and staffing to undertake a project of this type and/or scope.  The WVHA intends to select the contractor that best presents their firm’s ability to work with the client to line up materials and subcontractors, and ensure the renovation work is performed with a focus on quality, timeliness, and effectiveness. Successful proposals will highlight the firm’s ability to provide the greatest overall value to the agency.

All interested parties are encouraged to attend a pre-bid site meeting scheduled for 9:00 a.m. on the 25^th of April, 2024 at 375 Taybin Rd. NW, Salem, OR 97304.
